What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments go through PayPal’s secure, encrypted checkout, and you can pay by card without a PayPal account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as you can after placing your order, and we will try to change or cancel it before it ships. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws. Any tax is shown before you pay.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our hands in 2-4 business days (handling), then arrive 4-6 business days after that, so 6-10 business days total across the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only: all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and standard P.O. Boxes (via USPS). See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Start a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund. Apparel and caps must be unworn and unwashed; mugs must be unused, in the packaging they came in. Full details live in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it in 2-3 business days and process the refund in 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer can take another 5-10 business days to post it. All in, expect about 3-4 weeks from the day your return arrives.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Check the measurements on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
What if it doesn't fit?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Start a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund, then place a new order for the size you need. See our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I care for my apparel?
Unless noted otherwise on the product page, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry to keep colors and fabric looking their best.
Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Check the care note on each mug listing. Unless stated otherwise, hand washing is the safest way to keep the finish looking sharp.
